Hopeless Music Academy is an exciting new collaboration between The Hopeless Foundation and New Directions for Youth.
In 2014, Hopeless Records was honored to install a professional-grade music studio at New Directions in The Valley of Los Angeles, California. A beautiful space that has served as an inspiring place for music lessons and workshops, the studio ws begging us to think bigger – could we impact more lives if we built out… an entire academy curriculum?
What if we brought in our music industry friends: guitar players, artist managers, label executives, music supervisors, songwriters… and provided free education, and professional introductions to youth?
…and So began the vision for Hopeless Music Academy.
